Kids For Christ (KFC)

Mission Statement

 

for all children and youth

With God’s help we strive to build

a foundation of faith

in a Christ-Centered community,

so that inspired by the Spirit,

children and youth are free to

grow, uplift, to love each other,

and to serve the world.

 
The Kids for Christ (KFC) youth group, for grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, provides children with opportunities for fun, fellowship, and service activities. Parents are always welcomed and encouraged to actively assist in this rewarding program. Upcoming events for this year include Movie Night; Stone Mountain Picnic and Laser Show; Reformation Carnival; Advent Crafts, Pizza and a Movie; Christmas Pageant; Easter Egg Hunt and more.

Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday, March 28th at 2-3:30pm

It is time for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 28th from 2:00-3:30pm. This is always a fun event for our Kids for Christ (KFC) group. Parents, please bring in a bag of candy or filled Easter eggs for our youth to hide.  We will meet in Hanberry Hall at 2:00pm for a time of games and fun as the eggs are hidden.  Then we will proceed outside for the hunt.   Sign up here.

 
Kids Following Christ


KFC, for Kindergarten through fifth graders, offers opportunities for developing friendships within the church community through pre-youth group experiences. Parties, trips, and service projects are designed to encourage these children to include church activities in their lives.
